A Store Manager oversees the day to day operations of all the stores under one’s command and ascertain that they are in line with policies and procedures in place. A Store Manager will supervise Shop Managers and coordinate closely on the flow of activities, staff evaluation, brand performance and many other administrative functions. The Store Manager will work in line with the Retail Manager and provide necessary monthly reports and feedback. Furthermore, a Store Manager shall attend the Buying if required and focus on upgrading Customer Relations Management and brand performance.
An Assistant Shop Manager assists the Shop Manager in managing the retail team and handling the day to day activities as well as preparing inventory
A Senior Sales Attendant will oversee the shop operations ranging from supervising staff to merchandising and directing day to day activities. He / she will be involved in planning the buying and ensure proper item display, shop cleanliness and stock accuracy. Furthermore, a Senior Sales Attendant should be proficient in operating the system and maintaining an active customer database to achieve set targets and secure continuous added value at all times.
A Sales Attendant will act as the main interlocutor attending to customer’s needs by providing exceptional and professional services. He / she shall maintain high standards by ensuring proper item display, steady shop cleanliness and stock organization. Furthermore, a Sales Attendant should be proficient in operating the system and maintaining an active customer database to achieve set targets and secure continuous added value at all times.
